ServiceKey Named to CRN’s 2012 5-Star Partner Programs Guide
Annual guide and 5-Star designation identifies the IT channel’s most vendor partner programs.
Norcross, Georgia, March 28, 2012 – ServiceKey has been named to CRN’s 2012 Partner Programs Guide. ServiceKey was also awarded a 5-Star Partner rating. CRN’s The 2012 CRN Partner Programs Guide is the definitive list of manufacturers and software publishers that service solution providers or provide products through the IT Channel. CRN’s Partner Program Guide recognizes those vendors who have channel programs and derive a portion of their sales through the indirect IT Channel. CRN’s 5-Star rating recognizes the elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors who give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
In building the list, UBM Channel Research developed a methodology in which vendors were assessed on information provided in their completed applications. The objective criteria took into account each vendor’s investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
ServiceKey has created a partner program that meets the service requirements for scaled solution providers. With a zero dollar investment and zero quota requirement partners benefit from our 100% channel experience. Partners also benefit from business development dollars and up to 50% increase on gross profit in a recurring revenue strategy.
“The companies listed in CRN’s 2012 Partner Programs Guide represent a comprehensive list of the best channel programs in the market today,” said Kelley Damore, VP and Editorial Director, for UBM Channel’s CRN. “The 5-star award is reserved for vendors that understand that a successful partnership does not rely solely on the technology. By offering their partners tools, education and regular updates, vendors on this list go above and beyond traditional support to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. We congratulate ServiceKey for making this year’s list of 5-Star Partner Programs.”
"ServiceKey is very proud to be recognized in having 5-Star Partner Program for the second year in a row. This recognition proves that having a 100% channel loyalty is essential in today’s market. The ServiceKey team continues to raise the standards in programs for partners as well as service delivery.” said Angela Vines, President, ServiceKey.
The 2012 Partner Programs Guide and 5-Star Partner Program listing will be featured on CRN.com and in the March 2012 issue of CRN.
